Beyond Morphometrics
Beyond core morphology, the Seaweave platform and our partnership with the Bioeconomy Science Institute extend far deeper into behaviour, environment and operations, turning raw imagery and sensor streams into a living digital twin of your marine systems. Seaweave uses AI to understand how organisms move, interact and respond to changing conditions, linking morphology with behaviour, welfare, water quality and process performance across farms, vessels and factories.
In practice, that means the same cameras, Flow software and cloud infrastructure that support morphometrics also track how fish school, feed and rest, how biofouling and habitat condition change over time, and how environmental shifts show up in behaviour and performance. Seaweave fuses video, sensor and operational data into a digital twin that can be replayed, queried and modelled, so science teams and operators can test “what if?” scenarios and spot emerging risks or opportunities earlier.
Beyond morphology, Seaweave can detect changes in activity and welfare, track schooling patterns, monitor biofouling and habitat condition, and map how products and by‑products move through processing and logistics. These broader insights connect into our information systems to support real‑time decision‑making, forecasting and automation, so customers are not just measuring shape or size, they are managing complete marine operations with a richer view of risk, opportunity and environmental impact.
