System health monitoring and remote diagnostics ensure data keeps flowing with minimal onsite intervention. Our Flow software continuously checks that devices are online, storage and power are healthy, and data is arriving as expected, raising alerts when something needs attention and giving support teams the information they need to fix most issues without a site visit.
